Jyl Schoen

Jyl Schoen, PHR, is an experienced Human Resources professional with a robust background in employee relations and HR management. Currently serving as Employee Relations Manager at First Financial Bank Texas since October 2021, Jyl previously held the position of Human Resources Manager at Taylor Electric Cooperative, where responsibilities included managing the entire employee life cycle, overseeing employee benefits, maintaining policy and procedure manuals, and facilitating annual performance appraisals. Jyl's career also includes roles such as Director of Human Resources at Abilene Country Club and Business & Human Resources Manager at Miramont Country Club. Jyl holds a Master Certificate in Conflict Resolution from Abilene Christian University and a Bachelor of Arts in Spanish Language and Literature from Texas A&M University.
