Mary Sue Findley

Mary Sue Findley has a vast work experience spanning throughout their career. Mary Sue started as a VP of Human Resources at Distribution Fulfillment Services, Inc. in 1990 and continued in the same role when the company became Spiegel Group. Mary Sue then moved on to be the SVP of Human Resources at Fifth Third Bank for nearly seven years. Following that, they joined dunnhumby as their SVP of Human Resources, where they served for about nine years.

In 2015, Mary Sue switched to Assurex Health, becoming their Chief Human Resources Officer. After a year, they left Assurex Health and joined 8451 as their SVP of Human Resources for a brief period. In 2016, they accepted a position at First Financial Bank as their Chief Talent Officer, where they are currently employed.

Mary Sue Findley completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration and Marketing from the University of Dayton, spanning from 1977 to 1981. Later, they pursued a Masters degree in Labor and Human Resources from The Ohio State University Fisher College of Business, completing it between 1988 and 1990.
