Skip Sorg

Skip Sorg has a diverse work experience in various industries. Skip started their career in the U.S. Army as a Captain from June 1995 to September 2000. Following their military service, they worked as a Sr. Financial Analyst at General Mills from June 2002 to February 2003. Skip then joined Irwin Financial Corp. and held the position of VP, Assistant Treasurer and IRR Analyst from March 2003 to September 2009. After that, they joined First Financial Bank, where they held various roles over the years, including VP, Asset-Liability Management from October 2009 to March 2013, FVP, Financial Planning and Balance Sheet Management from April 2013 to November 2014, SVP, Chief Risk Officer from December 2014 to April 2018, SVP, Capital Management Director from April 2018 to March 2019, and most recently as Senior Director, Enterprise Risk Management from March 2019 to March 2022. Currently, they are serving as the Chief Risk Officer (CRO) at First Financial Bank from March 2022 onwards.

Skip Sorg has an MBA degree in Finance from Indiana University - Kelley School of Business. Skip also obtained a Bachelor of Science degree from the United States Military Academy at West Point.
