Ashley Patterson

Ashley Patterson is an experienced IT professional with a background in technical support and operations. Currently serving as a Field Service Technician at First Focus IT since July 2021, Ashley previously held roles at Telstra as an Assistant Manager, where responsibilities included resolving technical issues with phone and computer systems. Experience also includes working as a Service Desk Analyst at Datacom, providing level 1 and 2 support, and earlier roles in the hospitality and operations sectors, including Senior Waiter at Arya Restaurant and Operations Assistant at Blue Reef Pty.
