Adele Green has a diverse work experience in the banking industry. Adele started their career at Union Bank, where they worked as a Senior Commercial Credit Trainer and as a Regional Vice President. At Union Bank, Adele supervised teams, advised on portfolio management strategies, and developed relationships with clients. Adele also played a key role in training programs, improving prospecting skills among participants.
Adele then moved on to Bank of America, where they initially served as a Small Business Banking Manager and later as a Credit Performance Manager. In their roles at Bank of America, Adele was responsible for driving achievement of credit performance goals, managing complex credit requests, and leading a team of small business bankers. Adele also served as Chairman of BOA's LEAD Committee, promoting opportunities for professional women's development.
Most recently, Adele joined First Foundation Inc. as the Small Business Director, overseeing the small business lending platform for the bank. Adele established policies and procedures, managed loans ranging from $10,000 to $350,000, and ensured a smooth application process to final payoff.

Adele Green earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Accounting from California State University, Fullerton from 1979 to 1981.
