Vikki Dupaquier

Vikki Dupaquier has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Vikki started their career in 1990 as a Teller at Pelican Homestead and later worked as an Asst. Branch Manager at FNBC from 1993 to 1997. Vikki then took on the role of Branch Manager at FNBC in 1997. In 1989, they joined Bank One as a Banking Officer and stayed with the company until 2001. From 2001 to 2010, they worked as a Client Relationship Manager at Extended DISC NA. Finally, Vikki joined First Guaranty Bank in 2011. Vikki began as a Training Specialist, where they provided training through various methods, designed new hire orientation, and administered online compliance training. In 2014, they were promoted to the role of VP Learning & Development, where they led the re-design of training programs, facilitated monthly training webinars, and coordinated logistics for training seminars and conferences. Vikki also partnered with executives to provide training support for bank initiatives and participated on the product development committee.

Vikki Dupaquier began their education in 1987 at the University of New Orleans, where they pursued undergraduate coursework. Vikki attended the university until 1990. It is important to note that they did not obtain a degree during their time at the University of New Orleans. In 2013, Vikki Dupaquier obtained an ASTD Training Certificate from the American Society for Training and Development.
