Rosemary P. has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Rosemary is currently the SVP, Head of Data & Analytics at First Hawaiian Bank since August 2022. Prior to this, they held various roles at Hawaiian Electric, starting as an Information Systems Manager at Pepsico Restaurants International/KFC Hawaii in 1995. Rosemary later worked at Yum Brands as the Director of Strategic Planning & POS and IT Planning & Analysis Manager for international business units. Rosemary also worked at Blockbuster Inc. as the VP Store, Mktg & Rev Actg Systems Solutions. Rosemary then moved on to Kamehameha Schools as the Chief IT Architect - Enterprise Planning, Architecture, & Application Services. Rosemary has a strong background in enterprise architecture, planning, and operations excellence.

Rosemary P. has a Master's degree in Information Systems & Math, which they obtained from Hawaii Pacific University from 1993 to 2001. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from the same university from 1990 to 1992. In addition to their degrees, they have obtained several certifications including Project Management Professional (PMP) from PMI Honolulu Hawaii Chapter in 2011, Open Certified Architect from The Open Group in 2006, and Lean Six Sigma from ASQ - World Headquarters in 1997.
