Kenneth Pereira

Kenneth Pereira has worked for First Help Financial since 2018, where they have held the roles of Technical Lead/Engineering Manager, Senior Software Engineer Team Lead, and Software Engineer. Prior to this, they worked for First Help Financial as a Software Programmer Intern in 2017. From 2012 to 2017, they worked for Axis Bank as a System Analyst. During their time at Axis Bank, Kenneth developed and managed end-to-end project plans, managed projects during analysis, design, development, testing and post implementation phases, provided day-to-day coordination with developers, interfaced with System Administration, DBA, and Business owners of projects, helped in driving projects, managed cross-functional infrastructure engineering operations, developed logic for multiple business validations, designed and drafted systematic procedures for middleware monitoring system, assisted Marketing and Business Development teams to integrate and deploy new products, worked with developers from vendor organizations to resolve critical issues, developed a simulator in Java to simulate synchronous and asynchronous messages, and automated daily report generation and system monitoring processes.

Kenneth Pereira obtained a Bachelor of Engineering (B.Eng.) in Computer Engineering from St. Francis Institute of Technology between 2008 and 2012. Kenneth then went on to earn a Master of Science (M.S.) in Information Systems from Northeastern University between 2015 and 2017. In addition, Kenneth has obtained several certifications, including a Diploma in Java Technology from NIIT Limited in November 2012, a Management Essentials certification from Harvard Business School Online in January 2023, and various certifications from LinkedIn in December 2022, including A Leader's Guide to Reducing Team Burnout, Building High-Performance Teams, Creating an Adaptable Team, Delegating Tasks, Delegating from a Distance, Getting Organized for Peak Performance, and Managing Up, Down, and Across the Organization.
