Phil Denfeld

Phil Denfeld has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Phil currently holds the position of Chief Operating Officer at First Heritage Mortgage, LLC, where they have been since January 2021. Prior to this role, they served as the Executive Vice President of Corporate Operations at the same company from January 2019 to January 2021. Phil also held the positions of Sr. Vice President and Vice President at First Heritage Mortgage, LLC from January 2018 to January 2021 and from October 2001 to January 2018, respectively.

Before joining First Heritage Mortgage, LLC, Phil worked as the Vice President of Total Crafts Stores, overseeing all aspects of the retail craft store operation from July 1989 to October 2001. Phil also served as the President of ABD Industries, a commercial picture framing company, from August 1984 to June 1989.

Earlier in their career, Phil had a brief stint as a player in professional football, playing as a Tight End for the Arizona Wranglers in the USFL's inaugural season in 1983. Phil also had the opportunity to attend training camp with the Chicago Blitz in 1984. Prior to their professional football career, Phil played college football at Wake Forest University from 1979 to 1982.

Phil Denfeld attended Wake Forest University from 1979 to 1983, where they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Math/Business. Prior to their university education, they attended Annandale High School from 1975 to 1979. Additionally, they have a certification as a Certified Military Housing Specialist from USA Cares.
