Bernadette White

Bernadette White has extensive experience in social work and case management, currently serving as a TFC Case Worker at First Home Care Therapeutic since August 2018. Concurrently, Bernadette has held the position of Community Support Worker at UHS since August 2015 and has been actively involved with My Sister's Place Inc. as a Domestic Violence Phone Counselor and Advocate since September 2014, where responsibilities include crisis intervention and lethality assessments. Previous roles include Associate Professional at Wake Enterprises LLC, where supervision and activity planning for clients with severe intellectual disabilities were key functions, and Community Support Worker at MBI Health Services LLC, focusing on case management and care plans.
