Shawn Rizvi is a seasoned financial professional with extensive experience in the mortgage industry. Currently serving as Vice President and Mortgage Market Manager at First Horizon Bank since May 2018, Shawn has held various leadership positions, including AVP Mortgage Branch Manager at Wells Fargo and Senior Partner at Clarity Funding. Prior roles include Branch Manager at Caltex Funding and Founder/Chief Executive Officer of Great Southern Funding Mortgage Corp. Educational background includes a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance and International Studies from the University of Houston, along with an active RMLO/NMLS State License from the Champions School of Real Estate, where Shawn also served as an adjunct instructor in Real Estate Law.
