Tammy LoCascio

Tammy LoCascio is senior executive vice president and chief human resources officer for First Horizon National Corporation. LoCascio was previously executive vice president of consumer banking for First Horizon Bank and was responsible for retail, private client, wealth management, small business, mortgage and consumer loan delivery, call centers, consumer products and business analytics.

LoCascio joined the company in 2011. She began her banking career at Barnett Bank in Florida and has held several retail banking executive leadership roles. She was Mid-South region chief administrative officer at Regions Bank, director of retail banking at Union Planters Bank, and training director and retail executive at National City Bank.

LoCascio is active in the community, serving on the Board of Directors of the Boys and Girls Club of Greater Memphis and on the First Horizon Advisors Board and the First Horizon Foundation Board. She has been recognized as one of Memphis’ most influential women in business and one of the 2018 Super Women in Business by Memphis Business Journal.

LoCascio holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Administration with a concentration in marketing from the University of Florida.
