Justin Kaminski

Justin Kaminski has extensive work experience in the hospitality industry. Justin currently holds the position of Director of Investments at First Hospitality starting in October 2021. Prior to this role, they worked at Weitzman Associates, LLC as an Assistant Vice President from July 2021 to October 2021. Justin also served as a Director at Cushman & Wakefield from August 2020 to July 2021.

Before these roles, Justin worked at HVS where they held multiple positions including Vice President from September 2019 to June 2020, Senior Project Manager from August 2017 to September 2019, Project Manager from June 2016 to August 2017, and Consulting & Valuation Associate from June 2015 to June 2016.

Justin gained experience in revenue analysis and strategy as an Area Revenue Analyst at Kimpton Hotels & Restaurants from December 2013 to June 2015. Prior to that, they worked as a Food and Beverage Supervisor (Hamburger University/Traveling Spoon) at Hyatt Hotels Corporation from August 2013 to December 2013.

Justin also has experience in restaurant operations and management. Justin worked at Marriott International as a Restaurant Operations Supervisor from September 2012 to June 2013 and as an Assistant Food & Beverage Operations Manager from June 2012 to October 2012.

Early in their career, Justin worked as a Manager at Produce Depot from January 2010 to August 2010. Throughout their various roles, Justin has demonstrated a strong understanding of the hospitality industry and has held leadership positions driving growth and success.

Justin Kaminski completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Hospitality and Tourism Management with a focus on Finance at Purdue University from 2008 to 2012. Prior to that, they achieved an Academic Honors Diploma from Crown Point High School from 2004 to 2008. Additionally, Justin obtained a certification as a Certified General Real Estate Appraiser from the State of Illinois Department of Finance and Professional Regulation in September 2019.
