Jake Allen

Jake Allen has over a decade of experience in real estate and finance, currently serving as Regional Manager and Market Leader at First Industrial Realty Trust since October 2017. In this role, Jake is responsible for acquisitions, developments, leasing, and managing operations for the company's Houston portfolio while also contributing to the growth of the Nashville portfolio. Prior to this position, Jake held various roles at Becknell Industrial from November 2013 to October 2017, including Senior Investment Associate and Investment Analyst. Earlier experience includes a financial analyst role at Archer Daniels Midland Company and a position as Commodity Merchandiser. Jake holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance and Marketing from Butler University, where education was completed from 2009 to 2013.
