Tim Joyce

Tim Joyce is an experienced IT professional with a comprehensive background in IT support and consulting. Currently serving as a Senior IT Support Specialist at FIRST Insurance Funding of Canada since December 2022, Tim provides extensive IT support, networking, and system administration for both Linux and Windows environments while successfully building infrastructure for new offices. Previous roles include IT Consultant at Apogee IT Services, where a specialty in Powershell was developed, and Application Specialist/IT Consultant at Dynamix Solutions Inc., managing Datto and Exchange environments. Tim founded Tim Joyce I.T. Consulting, delivering quality IT services to various enterprises, and has worked with prominent systems such as Labtech, Salesforce, and Peoplesoft. With a Diploma in Network Specialist from CDI College, Tim has a solid foundation in the IT field, having held positions ranging from tech support to CRM development across several organizations.
