Chelsie Hatoway

Chelsie Hatoway has a diverse work experience with various roles in different companies. Chelsie started their career in 2003 as an Athletic Department Event Operations & Marketing Staff Assistant at Ball State University. From there, they worked as an Athletic Department Assistant Director of Ticket Operations at Florida Atlantic University in 2007. In 2008, they served as the Interim Director at Ohio University Golf and Tennis Center.

Later on, Chelsie joined Harbour Trees Golf Club as an Assitant Golf Professional, where they took on responsibilities such as managing golf summer personnel, teaching golf instructional programs, and collaborating with the marketing and sales department. Chelsie also worked as an Account Specialist at Bluefish Wireless Management and as an Implementation Manager at Mobi Wireless Management.

In 2012, they became a Delivery Manager at Allegient, LLC, and later took on the role of Consultant, Business Analyst. In 2015, they joined DMI (Digital Management, LLC) as a Delivery Operations Manager.

More recently, Chelsie held positions at The First Tee of Indiana as a Coach and at First Internet Bank. At First Internet Bank, they started as a Business Solutions Manager in 2019 and was later promoted to Director Business Solutions in April 2022.

Chelsie Hatoway pursued their education in the field of sport administration, earning an Honors Bachelor of Arts degree from Ball State University between 2003 and 2007. In 2008, Chelsie furthered their education by attending Ohio University, where they obtained a Master of Science in Sport Administration in 2009.
