Ritu Chugh is an accomplished financial services professional with extensive experience in branch management and operational leadership. Currently serving as Branch Manager at First Keystone Community Bank since February 2023, Ritu has previously held significant roles at The Boston Beer Company as Packaging Supervisor, Amazon Fulfillment Centre as Area Manager, Gold Credit Union as Branch Manager, and Citizens Bank also as Branch Manager. Ritu's expertise includes managing all branch functions, fostering relationships with external partners, mentoring staff to achieve sales goals, and enhancing customer satisfaction while optimizing performance and minimizing losses.
