Nia C. Troup

Nia C. Troup is the Executive Vice President of Strategy and Organizational Development. Before joining First Legal in 2014, she owned her own attorney services company that serviced law offices throughout Southern California. As a strategist, Nia mentors, coaches, and collaborates to break complex initiatives into bite-size action items in the key result areas of financial resources, customer service, human resources, learning and development, marketing, operations, sales management, sales strategy, and culture and communications. Her formalized program that prioritizes goal-setting, metrics, and accountability to results has accelerated First Legal’s rapid growth over the last several years. Nia is passionate about helping others realize their full potential. She lives in Los Angeles with her family and enjoys yoga, writing, dance, and travel.
