Carrie Mast

Carrie Mast has extensive experience in pastoral leadership and education, currently serving as Associate Pastor at First Mennonite Church since August 2018. In addition to this role, Carrie functions as Interim Pastor of Christian Education & Administration and Children & Youth Ministry Director. Since March 2021, Carrie has also chaired the Human Rights Committee for the Allen County Board of DD. Previous positions include Adjunct Faculty Instructor and Assistant to the Registrar at Bluffton University from January 2013 to December 2022, and Christian Education Coordinator at First Mennonite Church from August 2010 to July 2014. Carrie began a career in software as a Specialist at Primary Solutions and held a management position at Allen County Board of Developmental Disabilities/Marimor Industries. Carrie holds a Graduate Certificate in Theological Studies from Anabaptist Mennonite Biblical Seminary, a Master’s Degree in Organizational Management from Bluffton University, and a Bachelor of Arts in English Education from Bluffton University.
