Mark Brooking

Mark Brooking has had a diverse career in the food industry, starting in 1990 as a Cattle Specialist at BOCM SILCOCK LIMITED. Mark later worked at Tesco PLC as a Project Manager and then moved on to various roles at BOCM PAULS, including Sales Development Manager and Tesco Producer Group Manager. Mark also served as Managing Director at Integra Food Secure Ltd before becoming a Membership Director at Milk Link. In 2009, they branched out as a Food Industry Consultant and opened South Hams Brewery. Currently, they hold leadership positions at First Milk, where they serve as Membership Director, Sustainability Director, and Chief Impact Officer. Mark's passion lies in socially responsible food production systems and they have established a diversified farming business in South Devon.

Mark Brooking attended The Open University Business School from 1999 to 2002, where they studied Business Administration and Management, General.
