Paul Rowe has a vast work experience in the dairy industry, starting in 1989 at ST. IVEL LIMITED in various roles related to production, technical, health & safety, HR, and project management until 2004. Moving on to Dairy Crest in 2005 as a General Manager, they then joined First Milk Cheese Company Ltd in 2006 and held roles as General Manager and General Manager of Manufacturing. With First Milk, Paul held leadership positions such as Manufacturing Director, Group Projects Director, Site Director, and more, showcasing their expertise in operations, project management, and manufacturing. Their most recent position was Operations Director at First Milk.
Paul Rowe attended the University of Wales, Cardiff, where they obtained a Higher National Certificate (HNC) in Food Technology. Paul also completed City & Guilds Dairy Technology Modules at Reaseheath College and studied City & Guilds Mechanical Engineering at Farnborough College of Technology. Additionally, they hold various certifications in food safety, HACCP principles, health and safety management, and coaching rugby union, among others.
