Shane Hayes

Shane Hayes has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Shane began their career in 2000 as a Supervisor at A&A Technical Services, where they worked until 2003. From 2003 to 2006, they served as a Resource Management Officer at Indian and Northern Affairs Canada. In 2006, they joined Barrick Gold Corporation as a Closure Coordinator, a role they held for over 13 years. In 2019, they moved to Greenstone Gold Mines, initially working as a Permitting Coordinator and later transitioning to the role of Environmental Superintendent. Most recently, in 2022, they joined First Mining Gold Corp. as their Director of Environment and Community Relations.
