Jan Barenhoff

Jan Barenhoff is an accomplished professional with a diverse background in business development and customer success. Currently serving as Director of Business Development Europe at PlaceSense since March 2019, Jan has effectively managed customer relationships in the German and Netherlands markets and led project management initiatives in real estate and retail asset analyses. Additionally, Jan has held roles in business development and strategic growth at Velocity Aachen GmbH, and engagement with the student-run venture capital fund First Momentum Ventures. A strong advocate for entrepreneurship, Jan has contributed to multiple organizations, including serving as Board Member for Marketing and Relations at Venture Club Münster e.V. and interning in strategic marketing at AUDI AG. Jan holds a Master of Science in Business Administration from RWTH Aachen University and a Bachelor of Science from the University of Münster, with further studies at Tsinghua University focused on International Entrepreneurship.
