Jerry Turner earned a Bachelor's of Science in Computer Engineering from The Ohio State University from 1991 to 1997. Jerry later pursued an MBA in Business Administration/Management at Walsh University from 2009 to 2011. Prior to their university education, Jerry graduated from Jackson High School in 1991 with a College Prep diploma. In 2011, they obtained the ITIL Foundation v3 for Service Management certification from The APM Group, and in 2015, they obtained the Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from the Project Management Institute and completed the Leadership Akron/Goodyear Community Leadership Institute program through Leadership Akron.
