Robert Taylor

Robert Taylor, MBA, currently serves as Compensation Manager at First Mutual Holding Co. since December 2022. Previously, Robert was the Director of Human Resources at United Cerebral Palsy of Greater Cleveland from April 2019 to May 2022, and held the position of Sr. Employee Relations Specialist at Westfield Insurance from December 2010 to March 2019. Earlier experience includes roles as a Human Resource Generalist and Talent Acquisition Specialist at Barnes Distribution from October 2007 to December 2010 and August 2005 to August 2007, respectively. Robert holds an MBA in Human Resource Management and a BBA in Human Resource Management from The University of Toledo, completed between 2000 and 2005, and a high school diploma from Cloverleaf High School, earned in 1999.
