Chase Browning

Chase Browning has a diverse work experience in the banking industry. Currently, they serve as the Chief Operating Officer at the First National Bank of Bastrop, where they oversee various administrative and operational functions. Previously, they worked at Independent Financial as a Retail Regional Manager, Senior Vice President, where they played a significant role in improving operational performance and increasing deposits and loans. Prior to that, Chase held various roles at BBVA in the USA, including West Region Retail Sales Executive and District Retail Executive. Chase also had experience at Capital One as a Branch Sales Manager and Wells Fargo as a Personal Banker. Overall, Chase Browning has a strong background in retail banking, leadership, and operational excellence.

Chase Browning obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in International Studies from Baylor University, where they studied from 2001 to 2005. Chase then pursued further education at Norwich University, earning a Master of Arts degree in Diplomacy/International Commerce from 2006 to 2008. In 2016, Chase completed the BBVA Compass Executive Leadership Training at the Texas McCombs School of Business.
