Kristina Cargill

Kristina Cargill is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in commercial payments and business development. Currently serving as the Director of Commercial Payments at FNBO, Kristina leads a multi-functional team focused on client onboarding and treasury implementations, resulting in significant improvements in time-to-revenue. Prior to FNBO, Kristina held various leadership roles at JPMorganChase, including Executive Director and Location Manager, where responsibilities included managing multiple sites and overseeing a substantial commercial card portfolio. Additionally, Kristina served as Vice Chair of the Board of Directors at Fossil Rim Wildlife Center and has experience as Managing Partner at Wild KAT Quarter Horses, LLC. Kristina’s earlier career includes impactful roles at American Express and Kane Realty Corporation, where substantial growth and revenue increases were achieved through strategic initiatives and negotiations. Kristina holds a degree from Campbell University.
