Nicholas W. Baxter

Nick joined First National in 1990 as a management trainee.

Nick is active in the credit card acquiring industry and is past president of the Electronic Transactions Association. Nick was born in England and attended Malver College; Hull University; the College of Law, Chester; and the School of Law at Vanderbilt University, Nashville, Tennessee. Prior to moving to the United States in 1987, he was an attorney with a large commercial firm in Birmingham, England. Nick is also active in the local community, serving on various not-for-profit boards, including the Strategic Air and Space Museum in Ashland, Nebraska.
