Shelly Anzalone has a wide range of experience in the technology industry. Shelly started their career as a Lead Project Manager at ACI Worldwide, where they successfully implemented multi-million dollar projects for top U.S. banks and retailers. Shelly then served as a Manager of Information Systems, managing an onsite staff and contributing to the outsourcing of the IT department. As a Senior Manager of Testing, they focused on implementing global testing standards and increasing automation. Shelly later joined NCR Corporation as a Senior Program Manager, overseeing the implementation of EMV US at a top 10 U.S. retailer. At PaymentSpring, they led a diverse technical team as the Director of IT and utilized Agile project methodology. At CSG, they served as a Senior Software Development Manager, building a scalable and secure platform for clients using AWS. Currently, at First National Bank of Omaha, they hold the position of Director of Technology, where they are responsible for payments authorization and fraud detection systems, while also leading a team of developers and seeking opportunities to modernize the payment and fraud platforms.
Shelly Anzalone has a Master of Science (MS) degree in Management Information Systems from Bellevue University, which they obtained between the years of 2008 and 2015. Shelly also holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management from Northwest Missouri State University, which they earned from 1989 to 1991. In addition to their degrees, Shelly has certifications as a Mental Health First Aid USA from the National Council for Mental Wellbeing, which they obtained in April 2023, and as a Certified Toastmaster from Toastmasters International, obtained in the year 2000.
