Vincent J. Delie, Jr. is Chairman, President and CEO of F.N.B. Corporation and First National Bank. FNB is a diversified financial services company based in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, with total assets of more than $38 billion and nearly 340 locations.

After joining FNB in 2005, Delie became President of First National Bank in 2009. He was promoted to President of F.N.B. Corporation in 2011, was named Chief Executive Officer and elected to the Board of Directors in 2012, and was named Chairman of the Board of Directors of F.N.B. Corporation and First National Bank in 2017. He additionally chairs the Board’s executive committee.

Under Delie’s leadership, FNB has experienced unprecedented growth. The Company has nearly tripled its market capitalization, significantly grown its geographic market footprint and produced significant revenue growth and expanded profitability. FNB has completed 15 acquisitions in Delie’s tenure and has expanded into seven additional major metropolitan markets. The Company now maintains a significant retail deposit market share position in Baltimore, Maryland; Cleveland, Ohio; Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania; and in Raleigh, Durham, the Piedmont Triad and Charlotte in North Carolina.

Delie has more than 30 years of extensive experience in the financial services industry, which has included executive roles at National City Bank and various positions held in capital markets and investment banking. Delie earned a degree in Business Administration and Finance from the Penn State Smeal College of Business. Active in the community and the financial services industry, he currently serves as a member of the Board of Directors of the United Way of Allegheny County, the Allegheny Conference on Community Development, Team Pennsylvania and the Pittsburgh History & Landmarks Foundation. Delie is also involved in multiple trade associations, including the Pennsylvania and West Virginia Bankers Associations and the American Bankers Association.

Delie has received a number of honors, including the Society of Industrial and Office Realtors® Industrialist of the Year Award in recognition of his contributions to economic, cultural and civic development in Western Pennsylvania. He also received the prominent Adam Smith Distinguished Leadership Award in 2015 from EconomicsPennsylvania, the John V. Heher Humanitarian Awardee in 2020 for his outstanding contributions to further the National Kidney Foundation mission and involvement in the community, and Imani Christian Academy's 2021 Community Champion Award for his and the Company's support of the school, its students and families. Under Delie’s leadership, FNB has won more than 65 Greenwich Excellence and Best Brand Awards in the past decade, including 16 national and regional awards in the middle market and small business banking categories in 2020, and has been honored as a leading workplace more than 30 times based on employee feedback. Delie also made the Pittsburgh Business Times' Power 100 list in 2021 and 2020 as one of the Pittsburgh region's most influential business leaders and has appeared on Pennsylvania Business Central’s ranking of the Top 100 People in Central Pennsylvania for eight consecutive years.
