Jill Lyksett

Jill Lyksett has over 26 years of experience in banking, currently serving as Assistant Vice President and Loan Compliance Manager at First National Community Bank since August 1997. In this role, Jill has responsibilities that include preparing policies, training staff on compliance issues, and conducting internal audits to ensure regulatory adherence. Previous positions at the same institution include Loan Compliance Officer, Compliance Assistant, Loan Processor, and Teller, where Jill developed expertise in loan documentation, compliance training, and customer service. Prior to banking, Jill worked as a substitute teacher and summer school teacher in various Western Wisconsin school districts from 1992 to 1997. Jill holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Elementary Education from the University of Wisconsin-River Falls.
