Ken Marr has extensive experience in technology and leadership roles. Ken started in 1991 at West Customer Management Group, where they held various operational and management positions before becoming the Director of Network Operations. In this role, they were responsible for maximizing efficiency and profitability of a large international contact center environment. Ken then moved up to Vice President of Operation Services, overseeing nine departments and the strategic direction of 35 contact centers worldwide. From 2006 to 2011, Marr served as the Senior Vice President of Development & Support Services at West Customer Management Group, where they were responsible for the operational success of 35 contact centers and a budget of $34,000,000. In 2011, they joined West Interactive as the Senior Vice President of Technology and Support Services, leading 370 professionals and driving strategic initiatives. Currently, they are the Chief Technology Officer at FNTS, where they are responsible for IT and service delivery strategies in the cloud service provider industry.
Ken Marr attended Hastings College from 1987 to 1991, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science and Government.
