Tatiana Ticona

Tatiana Ticona is an experienced professional in public health and primary care management, currently serving as the Regional Manager of Primary Care at the First Nations Health Authority since May 2020. In this role, Tatiana leads initiatives focused on the unique needs of Indigenous populations, supporting the launch of First Nations-led Primary Care Centres and assisting with COVID-19 response planning. Prior to this position, Tatiana held multiple leadership roles at Médecins Sans Frontières, overseeing various healthcare projects in challenging environments, from managing health facilities to designing strategic plans for humanitarian response. Tatiana's educational background includes advanced degrees in public health and public policy, complementing a strong foundation in epidemiology from EHESP and the Pasteur Institute.
