Amber Acosta

Amber Acosta, PHR, currently serves as the Assistant Vice President of Human Resources at First New York Federal Credit Union, a position held since March 2022. Previous roles at First New York include Manager of Human Resources and Payroll/HRIS Specialist. Prior to joining First New York, Amber held the position of Senior Human Resources Generalist at CTDI from July 2019 to September 2021 and worked as a Human Resources Coordinator at The Grand Healthcare System from November 2016 to June 2019. Additionally, Amber was a Recruiter at Classic Westchester for a brief period in 2016. Academic qualifications include a Bachelor of Arts in Industrial and Organizational Psychology with a minor in Creative Writing from SUNY New Paltz and an Advanced Regents Diploma from Washingtonville High School.
