Michelle Lavoy

Michelle Lavoy is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in membership development and program management across various organizations. Currently serving as the Senior Membership Development Officer at First New York Federal Credit Union since June 2022, Michelle has been instrumental in setting strategic membership goals and overseeing initiatives like the KIDS Banking Program. Previous roles include Association Manager at Capital Hill Management Services, where responsibilities encompassed board management for multiple associations, and Director of Programs at Girl Scouts of Northeastern New York, where Michelle developed quality programming and managed significant events.
