Kelly Buckingham

Kelly Buckingham is currently serving as an Information Technology System Analyst at First Northern Bank of Wyoming since March 2024, while also holding a longstanding position as a Commissioned Minister and Vice President of Information Technology and Compliance at Volunteers of America Northern Rockies since September 2007. In this role, Kelly oversees compliance with healthcare regulatory requirements for an organization that supports 450 employees and has previously contributed as Senior Director of Data and Compliance and Director of Behavioral Health, collaborating on program development and management. Additional experience includes being an Advanced Emergency Medical Technician with Buffalo EMS and serving as a Deputy Coroner in Johnson County Wyoming. Educational qualifications consist of a Master of Social Work from the University of Denver, a Bachelor's Degree in Social Work from Pittsburg State University, and an Associate of Science from Cottey College. Kelly is also an active member of Chief, a network dedicated to empowering women executives.
