Amanda Connell Cams

Amanda Connell, CAMS, has extensive experience in the banking industry. Amanda currently holds the position of SVP, Operations Administrator at First Northern Bank, starting in August 2023. Prior to this, they served as the VP, Customer Experience Officer-IS at the same company from October 2022 to September 2023.

Before joining First Northern Bank, Amanda worked at River Valley Community Bank. Their roles there included SVP, Director of Operations from September 2019 to October 2022, VP Director of Customer Relationships & Operations from February 2014 to September 2019, and AVP, Branch Operations Manager from May 2013 to February 2014.

Amanda also gained experience at Tri Counties Bank, where they served as an Assistant Branch Manager from 2012 to 2013, and at Citizen's Bank of Northern California as a Central Operations Specialist from 2009 to 2012.

Amanda began their banking career at US Bank as a Teller from 2008 to 2009.

Amanda Connell, CAMS, attended Pacific Coast Banking School from 2017 to 2019. Amanda obtained their Certified Community Bank Security Officer (CCBSO) certification from ICBA in September 2019. In March 2020, they obtained their Certified Community Bank Compliance Officer (CCBCO) certification from ICBA. In August 2020, they obtained their Certified BSA/AML Professional (CBAP) certification from ICBA. Most recently, they obtained their CAMS certification from ACAMS in May 2022. Additionally, they obtained their Certified Cannabis Banking Professional certification from BankersHub in June 2022.
