Jeff Adamski

Jeff Adamski started their career in 1983 at First Interstate Bank, where they worked as a Vice President until 1994. Following this, they joined First Northern Bank as an Executive Vice President & Senior Loan Officer. In this role, they managed a team, ensured a balance between loan growth and asset quality, provided excellent client service, drove revenue growth, participated in community events, and focused on specific loan types such as agribusiness, equipment financing, commercial real estate, solar/green initiatives, and lines of credit.

Jeff Adamski has a solid education background in business and finance. Jeff obtained a Bachelor's degree in Business Management and Finance from California State University-Sacramento, attending from 1979 to 1983. Later, they pursued further education by completing a graduate program in Bank Management at Pacific Coast Banking School at the University of Washington. This program spanned from 1998 to 2000.
