Michael Rose has extensive work experience in the banking industry. Michael began their career at Bank of America in 1991 as an AVP Relationship Underwriter, where they structured and underwrote commercial real estate loans. Michael worked their way up to become an SVP Client Manager, financing regional homebuilders in the San Francisco Bay Area. In 2001, they joined City Bank as a VP Manager, launching and managing the Construction Loan Department. Michael then returned to Bank of America as an SVP Client Manager, before transitioning to the Maryl Group in 2006. At the Maryl Group, they served as a VP Development, identifying acquisition opportunities and managing residential subdivision projects. Michael then joined Central Pacific Bank as an SVP Senior Credit Administrator, overseeing commercial lending and managing the Other Real Estate Owned (OREO) department. Finally, they joined First Northern Bank in 2014 as a VP Manager in the Credit Services Department, and in 2016, they became the SVP Credit Administration Manager. Throughout their career, Michael has approved loans, managed teams, performed credit quality reviews, and developed underwriting standards and lending programs.
Michael Rose attended Cornell University from 1985 to 1989, where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Economics.
