Aggrey Dokowe

Aggrey Dokowe is a skilled Data Analyst at First Quantum Minerals, with significant experience in data consolidation, performance reporting, and process optimization. Since February 2018, Aggrey has successfully implemented a roadmap for data integration from multiple systems, developed performance dashboards that increased operational efficiency by 25%, and improved data accuracy in blasting operations through the Blasting Data pipeline. With a solid background in software development and application development, Aggrey has also mentored junior developers, optimized database performance, and automated critical reporting processes. Prior experience includes a role as an Application Developer at Zamtel, where significant improvements in team collaboration and customer satisfaction were achieved.
