Al Vincent

Al Vincent has extensive experience in telecommunications and policy analysis, currently serving as a Senior Policy Analyst at the First Responder Network Authority since October 2020. Vincent previously worked as a Telecommunications Policy Analyst at the T&I – Innovation Center from October 2018 to October 2020 and as the Chief Digital Officer at the National Telecommunications and Information Administration from October 2014 to October 2018. Vincent's notable role as Director at the Institute for Telecommunication Sciences began in November 2002, where responsibility included leading telecommunications research and engineering initiatives. Additional experience includes serving as an Adjunct Professor at the University of Denver, Chief Architect at Information + Graphics Systems, and Director of Business and Systems Technology at TM Forum. Vincent's early career featured significant roles at U S WEST, focusing on computing architecture and project management.
