Richard Reed has a vast experience in the field of telecommunications and network operations. Richard has held various titles such as Director of Technical Assistance at the Department of Homeland Security and Director of Systems Integration at MorganFranklin Corp. Currently, Richard serves as Chief Network Technology & Operations Officer at First Responder Network Authority, where Richard is responsible for the Building, Operations, Maintenance and Upgrade of the FirstNet EPC and RAN. With a background in management and a BS degree in Management from National Louis University, Richard Reed has demonstrated a strong commitment to ensuring the needs of public safety are reflected in the services provided by the NPSBN.
