Troy provides guidance to the FRG board on CSR initiatives and supports the culture of inclusion and happiness through workforce engagement.

He is an elected member of the Living Wage Foundation Recognised Service Providers Leadership Group and the SIA Strategy & Standards Group and regularly represents FRG in the endeavors to support the professional development of the Private Security Industry.
