Sharon Zacharias

Sharon Zacharias has extensive experience in the banking industry, specifically in the field of human resources. Sharon has held various leadership roles throughout their career.

Sharon first worked at First Essex Bank, FSB as an AVP, Human Resources from 1994 to 2003.

Sharon then joined TD Bank, where they served as a Vice President, Human Resources Business Partner from 2003 to 2015. In this role, they provided relationship management and strategic support to the senior leadership team, assisting in talent management and organizational goal achievement.

In 2015, they moved to Brookline Bank as a Vice President, Human Resources Manager. Here, they worked directly with management at all levels to design and implement HR strategies aligned with business objectives.

From 2018 onwards, they held positions at both Federal Savings Bank and First Seacoast Bank as a Vice President and then Senior Vice President, Director of Human Resources.
