Clement Yap

Clement Yap is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in sales operations and demand planning. Currently serving as Sr. Manager of Global Sales Operations at First Solar since September 2011, Clement manages a $3B annual sales business system and proactively addresses critical business issues to drive strategic change. Prior to this, Clement held multiple positions at Cisco Systems, Inc. from September 2000 to August 2011, including Demand Planning Manager, where oversight of demand signals for complex product families was a primary focus. Clement's educational background includes an MBA from California State University - East Bay and dual bachelor’s degrees in Supply Chain Management and Finance from the W. P. Carey School of Business at Arizona State University.
