Jason Ngo

Jason Ngo is an experienced professional with a solid background in engineering and manufacturing management. Currently serving as Module Operation Manager at First Solar since October 2018, Jason has previously held various roles including Manufacturing Manager and Manufacturing Shift Manager within the same company. Prior experience includes Engineering Manager at PepsiCo Foods Vietnam where responsibilities encompassed managing engineering activities and building organizational capability to meet business growth objectives. Jason also led significant projects as Head of Engineering Department at Pham Nguyen Confectionery Company and has held multiple management positions in maintenance and engineering at Ariston Thermo Group and Nestle Water Vietnam. Education includes an Engineer’s Degree in Electrical Engineering from Ha Noi University of Science and Technology, complemented by extensive on-the-job training.
