Nguyen Thanh Hai

Nguyen Thanh Hai has extensive experience in engineering and management roles, currently serving as Manufacturing Engineering Manager and Plant Maintenance Manager at First Solar since May 2018. Prior to this, Nguyen held various positions at Intel Products Vietnam from July 2007 to May 2018, including Engineering Manager, Operation Manager, PM Leader, and Process Engineer. Nguyen's career began at Binh Duong Telecommunication Department as a Telecommunication Technologist for a brief period in 2007 and included a role at Bao Minh Insurance Corporation from January 2002 to July 2003 as an IT Technologies specialist, where responsibilities included project implementation and IT infrastructure setup. Academically, Nguyen holds a Master's degree in Microsystem Technology from the Norwegian University of Science and Technology and an Engineer degree in Information Technology from Bach Khoa University.
