Joel Schepmann, AAP, APRP, NCP, has extensive experience in the banking sector, currently serving as the Virtual Services Manager at First State Bank in Michigan since February 2004, with a progression from Teller Supervisor to Assistant Branch Manager. Prior to this role, Joel worked as a Military Police officer in the United States Army Reserve from March 2001 to April 2009 and gained early banking experience as a Bank Teller at Macatawa Bank. Joel's diverse skill set in food service and security was developed during a seasonal position at Paramount's Kings Island. Academically, Joel holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from Baker College and has pursued education at Concordia University Ann Arbor, further showcasing a strong foundation in business management.
