Brad Phleeger

Brad Phleeger has extensive experience in credit management, currently serving as the Credit Manager at First State Bank in Michigan since November 2011. In this role, Brad oversees an independent credit department, supervises and develops credit analysts, and maintains policies related to credit risk and appraisal. Prior experience includes positions as a Loan Review Officer at Citizens Bank and various roles at First National Bank in Howell, FDIC as receiver for Warren Bank, and Warren Bank, where Brad significantly expanded the credit department. With a background that includes a Bachelor's degree from Oakland University and recent completion of the Graduate School of Banking at the University of Wisconsin-Madison, Brad is actively involved in various committees and organizations related to credit risk management.
