Jennifer Lee has extensive experience in the banking industry, starting their career in 2003 at First State Community Bank as a Benefits Administrator. Jennifer then progressed to become the Deposit Operations Manager and Assistant Vice President from 2009 to 2014. In 2015, they joined First State Bancshares as the Vice President - Corporate Administrator and later became the Senior Vice President - Product & Corporate Administrator in 2018. Jennifer's most recent role is with First State Community Bank, where they serve as the Chief Retail Officer since 2020. Additionally, they will assume the position of Chief Operating Officer starting in January 2023.

Jennifer Lee has a strong education history spanning several years and areas of study. Jennifer began their academic journey in 1998 at Southeast Missouri State University, where they pursued a Bachelor's Degree in Applied Psychology.
